Pursuant to Government Code 87505 and effective January 1, 2013, the elected officers designated in Section 87200 of the Political Reform Act, required to file Form 700s are:  Board of Supervisors, County Administrative Officer, County Counsel, Treasurer-Tax Collector, District Attorney and Planning Commissioners.

A copy of the Form 700 for these filers may be obtained from the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) or from the Office of the Clerk.  The Form 700 for some state and local elected officials may be available in an electronic format on the FPPC website.
